FORMAL EMAIL / LETTER - Jordi Polo
Dear Sir or Madam.
I'm writing to complain about an mp3 player that I bought on your website last Friday.
The package was damaged, but nothing important. The problem comes when I try to listen any song on the mp3 player, it doesn't sound.
Apart from this, it gives me trouble connecting it via USB to the computer to transfer songs to the mp3. A few months ago I was already troubled by a loudspeaker that I bought through this same website, this makes me rethink to continue buying devices from Gadgets.
I hope you can solve the problem as soon as possible, but if you can't, I would ask you to give me my money back as soon as possible.
