Dear Mr / Mrs,
I am writing to protest about the MP3 player I bought on the Gadgets website last Friday. While less people are likely to buy these types of electronic products today, I think your company has to take care of some details.
First of all, this type of MP3 player only accepts one type of audio format. Many different music formats are currently handled and I think it is a mistake that in the product specifications does not make any reference to this problem.
Secondly, the MP3 player model I bought has no Internet connection to download the music. In my opinion, this is very important because today everyone expects to have Internet, as it provides opportunities for downloading new music. Furthermore, the shipment took six days to arrive, as on your website is said that it would last two days.
In conclusion, I like the product but I am not very satisfied with some details. I think they could be improved on the following models.
