Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing according to complain about the MP3 player I have just bought last Friday on your app called Gadgets. I have some problems with my new music device and I would be really glad if you can help me with all my issues.
First of all, I would like to talk about MP3 compatibility with headphones. In the instruction’s booklet, it says that all kinds of headphones could work with the music player. Consequently, I have tried it with my old headphones and the sound does not have the quality required for such an expensive MP3 player.
Secondly, I also want to talk about the size of the product. Incomprehensibly, the sizes of the music device did not agree on the measurements indicated on the app. I have bought the product to use it while I do running and the enormous size makes it unable to carry on my pocket.
Looking at all mentioned before, the MP3 does not fit in what I need for my daily life. If it has been a problem with the shipment, please communicate it to me for doing the change, and if this is the product I have bought, please notice it to me as well to make the refund.
