Dear Gadgets.Inc:
I’m writing this email to complain about one of the products that
you sell at your webpage. The product I’m talking about is an MP3
Player that I bought last Friday (25th), the problem with the gadget is that
the quality of the sound is much worse than the one you promise at
your webpage, where you do insure a clear sound without any
inteference. But that’s not the only issue I found in the product,
there’s a big problem with the battery of the device too, because
it can only be reproduced music for half an hour approximately,
that’s a very different time of battery than the one you offer at
your webpage where it talks about 3 hours of continued music.
I’ve been a regular client of this company and I have always
trusted in the quality of your products because since now everything
I’ve bought has been of a proper quality, but seeing the quality of
the products that you’re selling now I’m not thinking of buying
more of your products. I expect to recieve some compensation in order
to that problems with the product, otherwise this situation will be
solved by the judicial way.
