Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing with reference to the order of an MP3 Player that I bought on your website last
Friday.

I had never bought anything online because I distrusted a little, but looking for information
about the MP3 Player that I wanted, I found your website where this device appeared at a very
good price, so I decided to buy it. But from this moment, nothing went well.

First, on the website said that the order would be delivered in three days, so I was impatient to
receive it. However, it took three weeks to arrive.

Second, I did not receive the MP3 advertised on the website, but, unfortunately, it was
another older model. At the moment, I was very angry.

I would be grateful if you could send me an MP3 like the model that I have requested.
