Dear Mr or Mrs

I am writing to complain about the MP3 Player I bought last Friday on your site, Gadgets. I think the instructions that came with the player are wrong.

I started reading the instructions to turn on the MP3, when after reading something about a soap, I realized that it was indicating how to turn on a washing machine. The instructions of the MP3 of your Gadgets page were mixed with those of the washing machines of the same page.

If I were you, to solve the problem, I would distribute better the spaces for each gadget and force it to review each object before being launched.

I hope that at least, all those who have received a wrong item, the money or the item itself will be returned in the correct form.
