Formal Letter - Marina Díaz

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing owing to the bad condition of the MP3 Player I bought last Friday through your website, Gadgets.

First of all, regarding to the delivering I have to say that the the MP3 should have been delivered in three days since I bought it and the packet arrived a day late. 

Secondly, when I finally received my purchase and opened the package, I found that it did not have any protection like the website said. 

Finally, while I was using it, I found another problem. Two buttons were not working, the ones to turn the volume up and down.
