Formal Letter - Alan Pons

Dear Sir/Madame,

I am writing this letter to complain about a product that I bought in your online shop last week. I bought a MP3 to gift it to my sister for his birthday.

First, yesterday was his birthday and when she opened the box to see the MP3, it wasn't a MP3. In the box was a rock painted as a MP3. It's a kind of joke or something like that?

Furthermore, in the box doesn't include any charger or something to recharge the battery of the "MP3", the only thing in the box is that rock.

In conclusion, I would like get an explanation about this product. After that, I am going to ask for get my money back. I don't want any MP3 or another product from your shop, so give me instructions to send the "MP3" back to you. I am really disappointed with this shop I won't buy again here.
