Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing in order to
complain about an MP3 Player that I bought last Friday through your website,
Gadgets.
First of all, regarding to the
delivering I have to say that the package arrived a day late and
apart from that I do not have anything more to say, but then I opened the box
and I realized that there was not a case to protect the MP3 Player like the
website said.
Secondly, when I turned on,
while I was using it, I found another problem. Two buttons were not working,
the ones to turn the volume up and down, so I cannot adjust the volume of any
song.
I would like to get a refund or at least change the
MP3 Player by another that works as it should.
