Question is last Monday I bought a music player MP3 for five pounds in one of
your shops ¨Gadgets¨ and when I open the box, I saw that it had been damaged. I
checked the jack from the laptop where I prove it with another headphone and it
works, furthermore I test the headset with other devices and these doesn’t run.
Right now, I am out of the country for work and I can not come to the shop for
reclaim.
For that reason, I am writing you, Because I would
like that u give me back the cost of the product, although I could accept the
pay with other products with the same value if there is no other way.
If you write me, we could organize a meet to
make a good deal for both.
