Formal email - ADRIÀ GONZÀLEZ

Dear Sir / Madam,

I'm writting this email to complain about a product that I bought within your website last Friday, an MP3 player.

At first, it seemed  that the MP3 was working fluently, so I started to download a lot of songs and new albums during two or three weeks. But suddenly, one day, I was going to download a new song and I didn't have enough space, so I looked at the instructions, and it said that I had 4 MB of space, after that, I went to check how much space I had spent, and I had only used 1.54 MB.

From that moment, everything went wrong. The battery life lasted half of what it used to last, the songs were not heard well at all and some of them were not even heard. Besides that, the charger did not work quite well.

Furthermore, the mp3 has an option to listen to the radio, even though I don't use it too much, at any time it hasn't given me any kind of signal to listen to it.

If it could be possible, I would like to be able to change my mp3, for a new one that works as it should.
