Formal Email/Letter Èric De Nájera



Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to complain about the Mp3 Player i bought last Sunday on your website (Gadgets).

First of all, the Mp3 i recived wes not me model of the web, is a worse model with less memory, but that’s not the importat inconvenient, the important one is that the Mp3 has clear symbols of being secondhand and we can see that in the painting of the Mp3 that is damaged as well as it already came with downloaded song.

Finally, mention that if you don’t give me a solution, we will have legal problems of something called "SCAM".
