Job Interview - Irene Plana

Anna Jenner applied for a job in CAMP U.S. as a rhythmic gymnastics monitor and the interviewer is going to ask her some questions.

Interviewer: Good morning, Mrs. Jenner. My name is Josh and I will do your interview. It is a pleasure to meet you.

Interviewee: Thank you Josh, it is nice to meet you too.

Interviewer: All right, let’s begin. I already read your CV, and there are some questions that I would like to ask you.

Interviewee: Okay, sure!

Interviewer: How would you describe yourself?

Interviewee: Well, I am a very hard-working person as I have been doing rhythmic gymnastics since I was little. It is a sport in which you have to dedicate a lot of time and effort. I am also goal-oriented because all my life I wanted what to be when I get older. As a rhythmic gymnastic I am a good team player as I trained and done competitions with my teammates always.

Interviewer: Why have you applied for this job?

Interviewee: Even though the salary is good, the main reason I have applied for this job is because I love doing rhythmic gymnastics and teaching others how to do it. I know that the kids will like what I have taught them, is my knowledge of all my years in rhythmic gymnastics.

Interviewer: Why should we choose you?

Interviewee: You have to pick me because I have good people skills, I know how to be with the kids as in my gym I have already been a monitor, and I think they will love me. I know how to work under pressure as I have been in competitions where there is a lot of pressure and I will make sure that the kids will learn new tricks and cooperate with each other.

Interviewer: All right, Mrs. Jenner. That is the end of the interview. As soon as we make a decision, we will let you know.

Interviewee: Okay. Thank you so much for your time. See you soon.
