Complaint letter - Marcos Martínez

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to make a complaint about an MP3 Player I purchased on your website "Gadgets".
The day the postman arrived to my house with my MP3 Player, I tried it out and it worked fine. The problem started two days ago when the battery came over. I charged the MP3 Player and when it was 100% charged I disconnected it, and then it turned off: the MP3 Player does not work unless it is plugged in. Furthermore, the micro SD reader does not work properly, when I am listening to music, (with the MP3 Player plugged in), the songs that are in the SD storage does not sound good, as if there were interferences.

I am really disappointed with this product, because it took me a while to get the money to buy it. It would be great if we could reach an agreement: change the product for another with the same economic value, repair the MP3 Player...
