Dear Sir / Madam,
I write to request the return
of my money because last Friday I bought an MP3 player on their page, Gadgets,
and upon arriving at my home and testing it, I found that it did not work.
In addition to charging the
battery to see if that was the problem, we also tested it with different
headphones to see if that was the problem, again it did not work. Even so, we
tried different ways to make it work through the settings menu and check if the
problem was there. Seeing that we have been able to verify that the problem was
not my fault or any component used by me, I claim the return of my money and
maybe I can try to buy another product that works.
