I’m writing this email to complain about the MP3
player that I bought last week in your site. When I visited the site, I read
the functions and the characteristics about the MP3 player and my MP3 don’t
have these features.
I used the MP3 player about one week, and the MP3
produced some errors, for example that the battery didn’t lasts more than an
hour, and in the data sheet it says that it lasts more than 3 hours, also the
headphones that are included in the second day of use only one of them works.
My experience with this
MP3 player is insufficient, it does not meet the characteristics, I would like
that you give me my money back because this product includes the guaranty.
