Formal email - Simón Gasión

Dear sir or madam,

I write today regarding several issues with a product I have acquired recently from your service; after thorough investigation it has become apparent that the product, an old MP3 model, was shipped to me in used condition despite the online advertisement clearly stating it was a first-hand device.
This is made apparent by the scratches on the lower half and the faulty, bent, headphone jack that difficults the task of connecting headphones to the MP3.

Given that the product is still in warranty I'd like to ask for a full refund and for Gadgets to cover all shipment fees of the return for the device is barely usable in its current state, I expect a reply mail with the devolution instructions.

I implore the upper management of Gadgets to take a look at the situation of the shipment department, for getting this treatment as a life-long customer is alredy frustrating and disappointing enough to make me consider ceasing to dupport the brand, it's hard to imagine a fist-time buyer would get a good impression if he were to recieve an item in this state.
