Formal letter - Rubén Sánchez


Dear Gadgets,
I am writing to protest about an mp3 that I bought last Friday. I believe that the mp3 I bought is broken, because when I plug in the headphones and I play the music, I do not listen anything.
The first problem I had with the mp3 was with the delivery date, theoretically it arrives on Monday and it arrives on Friday, five days later.
Secondly, the color of the mp3 is not the color that I requested on your website, so it is wrong and it does not like me.
And last but not least, is that besides it does not work, it is scratched and it seems that another person has already used it before than me.
In conclusion, I would like to have the money that the mp3 has cost me or the other possibility should be that my actually mp3 be replaced by other mp3 that works. I wait for your answers.
