I am writing to complain about the MP3 Player I bought last friday on your site, Gadgets. I thought that these will ve very durable cause the description of the procuct, the opinions of the clients and the high price of it.

Have only passed one week since i buyed and the buttons to up and off the voice often stop working; also the buttons of pause/start and tbutton of pass song have exchanged the functions. Finaly, in the site says that the MP3 count with USBC port and mine don't have it.
Cause all of these problems , I whould like to refound the product and return me the money that i paid for it.
