The last
Monday 28th of October I purchased aMP3 on a website called Gadgets, and I received
it the last Friday 1st of November.
Unfortunately
the MP3 is not performing well, the problem with the MP3 is in the button to
turn down the music.
In order to
solve the problem I would appreciate to have a replacement as the guarantee of
the product specifies, The guarantee and the bill are attached on this e-mail.
I look
forward to your reply and resolution of my problem. I will wait one week before
asking for a refund.
